Payments

Payment is not required at the time of booking or any time before the cleaning has taken place. Once your cleaning has been completed, we will get your feedback and issue an invoice.

We have this policy to ensure transparency and build trust with our clients. Our proven track record gives us confidence that you'll be stoked with our service too!

Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Please note that 50% of the booking will be charged for cancellations within 12 hours.
