For a 5-hour service, here’s how it works: 👤 If 1 cleaner attends: ➡️ They work the full 5 hours ➡️ Total labour = 5 hours 👥 If 2 cleaners attend: ➡️ They work 2.5 hours each ➡️ Total labour = 5 hours ➡️ Job finished faster 👥👥👥 If 3 cleaners attend: ➡️ They work 1 hour 40 minutes each ➡️ Total labour = 5 hours ➡️ Job completed even faster 💡 The cost stays the same because the total labour hours stay the same — only the completion time changes.
Cancellation Policy
Team Fresh Cleaning – Key Policies ✨ To keep everything clear and fair, here are our main service policies: Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. – Less than 12 hours’ notice = $50 cancellation fee. – If we cannot access the property, the same fee applies. Access: Please make sure we can get in and that the space is safe to work in. Subcontractors: Sometimes we send subcontractors. If that’s the case, any issues with damage, loss, or theft are the subcontractor’s responsibility. Liability: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or unsecured valuables. Please store fragile and valuable items safely before we arrive.
